AMN Healthcare’s Chief Nursing Officer Academy has diversity scholarships available ($2,795 value) for deserving nurse leaders to join us at the beautiful JW Marriott in San Antonio, Texas, in March 2022! Our world renowned faculty and AMN team is excited to meet you.

Deadline to submit applications is February 20, 2022.

Hotel and Travel are separate for participants/scholarship recipients. Through our partnership with Johnson & Johnson, we’ve been afforded a unique opportunity to offer these scholarships and are delighted to announce we are now accepting scholarship applications. We are prioritizing scholarship funding for racially diverse nurse leaders/persons of color.

The goal of the CNOA is to support nurse executives as they obtain the skills needed to lead in challenging times. By joining us for this 3-day training, nurse leaders will receive valuable insight, advice, and proven strategies to measure effectiveness within your organization.

AMN Healthcare's CNO ACADEMY l, March 23-26, 2022, has been revised based on what has been happening these past several months and will focus on competencies needed to lead into the future. Areas of focus are Rebuilding Trust, Leading Culture Changes, DEI & Health Inequities, The New Normal in Nursing, Resilience & Agility, Leading from the Heart, Emotional Intelligence and so much more!

AMN Healthcare's Executive Nurse Retreat, March 27-30, 2022. – We heard from our CNO Academy alumni what the big issues are and we have made this the core of our new retreat. We will practice well-being while taking on issues such as the workforce, innovations, new models of care, and DEIB. Using Case Studies and real life challenges, we will cover topics on vulnerability, moral courage and other key topics. This is designed as both a transformational and rejuvenating experience with learning and networking. This retreat center at JW Marriott was chosen for its natural beauty, conducive to focusing on a quiet, reflective interlude. This is a time for natural bonding with others experiencing some of your same challenges. CNOA Alumni are also encouraged to apply.
