Letter from Dr Radha  Venkataramanan

Dear Friends & Family: 

While fighting to adjust to this new lifestyle confined to our homes, we are constantly reminded every minute about the godly service the Health Care Providers all over the world are providing to the inflicted, exposing themselves and their immediate families to this potentially lethal type of infection. They do it with a smiling face and empathy that is truly commendable. It is incumbent upon us to show our appreciation to these selfless individuals in more than one way. 

Being part of Health Care Eco System, this need of the HCPs is very near and dear to my heart. Hence, we have launched a drive to generate funds to provide them with Personal Protection Equipment so that they are little bit safer in servicing these patients. 

No contribution is small; as Mother Theresa states, every drop of water makes a mighty ocean! Collectively we can make a significant impact on the dire situation existing today.

I am trying to respond to requests from two hospitals in our neighborhood, Monte Fiore Hospital in New York City and Clara Mass Medical Center, Belleville, NJ. 

May I request you to help us with our drive through your contributions, large or small to address the dire needs of our Health Care Providers? 

We would like to give you an update on our collective efforts to help protect our Health Care Providers who are selflessly taking care of the COVID19 victims.

Our thanks to the following groups of people who have helped us:

Collectively, we have raised an impressive amount of $24,971. In the last 4weeks, after much background checks, we managed to identify trust-worthy suppliers of high-quality masks and personal protection equipment. We have so far spent close to $25,000. 

The following table represents the beneficiaries of your benevolence:
